The Edinburgh dungeon have been running Halloween themed events since the 10th of Oct until the 31st of October. The dungeons are decorated with pumpkins and Halloween decorations. The dungeon are also showing special Halloween themed shows about the history of Halloween as well as their usual shows to their Edinburgh audience.

Usher Halls Annual Halloween Party
1920’s theme Sunday 28 October at 7.30pm

This year, the choice of film will be The Cabinet of Dr Caligari, made in 1920. This was considered to be one of the greatest and grisliest films of the silent era. There will also be a trailer film The Fall of the House of Usher, made in 1928. A story from Edgar Allan Poe.
Before and after the films, a jazz band will evoke the 1920’s and perform in the cafe/bar.
The audience is encouraged to don 1920’s garb.
